We love getting creative with our fellow biz owners! If you’re interested in collaborating with us on a styled shoot, fill out the form below to get started. Please know that we receive many, many requests for styled shoots, and while we’d love to work with all of you, it’s just not possible to say “Yes!” to everyone. Remember, you always have the option to simply rent the items you need without collaboration (standard pricing and policies will apply). To go this route, please fill out a Wishlist on the Styled + Staged website.
Collaborative Styled Shoot Policies
1) All complimentary and/or discounted rental items will be at the discretion of Styled + Staged. While we respect the direction and vibe you want for your styled shoot, as a collaborator we may have specific pieces we would like showcased or feel would be a better fit. You’ll start by filling out a Wishlist and then we’ll work together to create a shoot that meets everyone’s needs and looks fabulous!
2) Requests for collaboration on a styled shoot must be made at least 45 business days in advance.
3) We ask that you already have a basic concept for the shoot and the style of (or exact) rental pieces you’ll need already in mind and ready to share at the time you submit your request.
4) Whether items will be rented complimentary or at a discount will be determined by Styled + Staged once your styled shoot has been accepted for collaboration. Various elements go into this decision, including, but not limited to, amount of items, types of items, theme of the shoot, product availability, date popularity, vendor team, etc. If your styled shoot budget requires your items to be rented complimentary, please indicate that in the form below.
5) Styled + Staged retains the option to be present on-site throughout the shoot in order to make adjustments to rentals as needed and ensure images we need of our products are taken.
6) Styled + Staged will receive free, high-resolution, downloadable access to all images from the styled shoot that include our rental products, to be used at our discretion (with credit to the photographer and other vendors as appropriate).
7) Styled + Staged must be credited in all social media posts that contain images of our rental items - @styledandstagedstl – as well as in other mediums as appropriate.
